After the wedding: Supervisor's Retirement Party

Back to work right after the wedding is quite a tiring thing to do.. but for the retirement of our supervisor... training courses....cliff's auto show in taipei..... they'll all compensate for nicer weather in Santorini, Venice & Rome... we'll be taking off on Apr 30th!

With the success of the wedding, I was invited to be the Emcee for my supervisor's retirement party. There were tears and laughter as we watched a video highlights of the 30 years, she has devoted ITRI. Retirement doesn't even seem close to where I am now, neither have I thought of devoting my 30 years, working for the same company!

Absolute cuteness~ week 2

In just a week, puppies opened their eyes ^__^~ they've grown! Since it's a mix ( poodle & maltese), all of them have pairs of white "gloves". it'll be coming home earlier than expected, Mar 28th, in 5 days~~~~

Charlotte announced successful birth of maltipoo puppies last week! When I first adopted p2oodle, Charlotte also bought Mia (her teddy poodle) a few months later, when she moved to Taichung for work. I only met Mia once, and knew Charlotte's plan to breed her poodle over 2 yrs ago! It might be time for me to welcome a new member to the family! they are sooo tiny! 1 week old, and I'm counting down to meeting them after my wedding day!

It's the time of the year we've been waiting for, 1 week of holidays while we clean up our apartment, have a big feast from day 1 till 15th day of the Lunar New Year.

Our anniversary: For dog lovers only

Cliff & I celebrated our 4th anniversary on the same day with dog lovers in Taipei. As we headed to Vieshow for our movie date, we enjoyed checking out the competitions, shops at the annual dog carnival. The movie "NY I love you" wasn't a romantic movie as I had imagined~but I felt deeply connected somehow, and I still miss living in the big apple.

2010: 1st work-day

1st day of work on 2010 began with sleepiness, woke up late, cliff's car nearly hit a cab when he sent me to work >_< (we were so close to getting into an accident! god bless), right during our team meeting, supervisor's announcement of her retirement from Apr, 30th was yet another shocking news! Complete re-organization @ work will also take place soon, what will be my position? what's next?

1st weekend of 2010, included my 1st experience at the taipei car show Cliff checked out cars and tech, while I checked out geeks + photographers zooming in furaciously @ the models. It was purely model scouting for majority of the guys.
I was expecting to see more concept cars..or eye catching innovation, this is the only adorable & friendly Toyota's Eco concept car
