The Green Cake

Creativity Lab at ITRI- Industrial Technology Research Institute turned 5 this year. We cut the cake in Apr and more events will follow up throughout 2009. People are curious what value the lab has created in Taiwan which is the ultimate challenge for a 5 year old child. We are an innovation-driven applied research center where new things are tried consistently, failure is almost a daily matter, we deal with it, adjust and refine. A culture of people-focused, freedom to perform research of interest is a vision our director holds regardless of negative comments from the general public. To date, we have given ourselves a pat on the back for being a model for coporate companies in Taiwan. Most of the Creativity Lab Crew

P2oodle at work

This is me at WORK, it's no difference from staying at home. I ravaged on the kitten's toy, texture of feathers are hmmm addictive. Also, I get more attention, food, massages and nap whenever I want ~:P Isn't life just wonderful? Sitting back, relax, being content with my simple life of being a poodle. More pictures are on picasa, just a click away!

Friends & Fireflies

Labor day weekend was spent on animal crossing, some KAI certification readings and a trip to Taipei county for a fireflies trip. It was my 1st experience being a tourguide for a group of 9. New friends, jokes & laughter made out train rides shorter than it seemed. 1st stop was to a historical site when the Prince from Japan would be hosted when he visits the coal mines in the Jingtong area. We sat cross legged on the Japanese tatami, drank tea & had some snacks till it gets dark. Walking & Jumping on the train tracks~
